Waseem AfzalDr. Waseem Afzal holds a teaching appointment at the Charles Sturt University School of Information Studies, Australia. His formal education took place at the Emporia State University, U.S.A. where he earned his M.B.A. in Business Administration and Ph.D. in Library and Information Management; and the University of Punjab, Pakistan, where he earned his Master’s of Commerce with an emphasis in Finance. He is currently teaching courses in Strategic Library Management, Knowledge Management, Project Management in Information Agencies, and Web Studies. He researches in the areas of Human Information Behavior, Management of Information Organizations, Economics of Information, and Library and Information Science Education. His research publications have appeared in Journal of Information Science; Library and Information Science Research Electronic Journal; Journal of Information, Society and Justice; and Emporia State Research Studies.
